Returns policy

Bifolding Doors are a bespoke product. All products are made specifically for your property; therefore returns are not possible.

We have unambiguous contracts and order processing is simple. Clients are welcome to our factory or showrooms at any time. We do everything we can to ensure that you understand the product and it will arrive in good time to the specification requested.

Cancellation policy

The order becomes live when signed, and your deposit paid. You have seven days in which you can cancel the order and obtain a refund. A cancellation slip is within the contract with the correct address. It is advisable that do so by recorded delivery.

We will consider a cancellation after this time provided all company costs are covered. In the unlikely event that the product is taking longer to supply than quoted, you may request us to effect completion within a reasonable time of six weeks from your recorded delivery letter claiming to have the order completed or cancelled.

Delivery period

Standard delivery periods are four to five weeks for the standard colours. However, we can shorten this process if you have a time-critical project. Please discuss with the office before placing your order.
